FINISHED!

Unit 6 is finished! 

As you have done the test this morning, on Thursday 26th we'll start Unit 7. I'll give you the test marks on Friday 27th.

Remember! If you have not given me the project 'My favourite animal' yet, you can hand in it on Thursday. But you already know that you are not going to receive the same mark than your mates.

¡La unidad 6 está terminada!

Como habéis hecho el examen esta mañana, el jueves 26 empezaremos la unidad 7. Os daré las notas del examen el viernes 27.

¡Recordad! Si no me habéis dado el project todavía, podéis entregarlo el jueves. Pero ya sabéis que no vais a recibir la misma nota que vuestros compañeros.

Escribo hoy en español para recordar que no hay deberes.

El martes 24 tenemos el examen de la Unidad 6. Lo haremos, como ya he dicho en clase esta mañana, en el aula de inglés.

Por favor, intentad ser puntuales y esperad en clase con vuestro estuche y el project (si no lo habéis entregado todavía) a que yo pase a por vosotros.

Aprovechad el fin de semana para repasar y estudiar mucho. Si habéis trabajado durante todo el tema, no tenéis nada que temer, pues el examen será muy fácil.

REVISION FOR THE UNIT 6 TEST

In this unit, you have to revise and study these contents for the test:

- Routines: Date, Weather, What are you wearing?, Days of the week and Seasons.

- Two listening exercises: 

1) Listen and order the pictures (animals), 2) Listen and tick (in, on, under, behind...)

- Match the animals to the actions: climb, hunt, fly, run, jump, swim, sleep...

- Order the words to make sentences: questions or answers:

the parrot under Is rock the ? 

Is the parrot under the rock? Yes, it is / No, it isn't.

- Answer some questions about animals. For example: 'Where's the tiger? The tiger is on the tree.'

- Project: Write and draw about your favourite animal. I'll write an example for you in class.

Don't forget write your project in the model worksheet (ficha modelo) if you have finished it and it is corrected.

PROJECT UNIT 6: MY FAVOURITE ANIMAL

Here you have an example or model of the project we are going to do in this unit:

My favourite animal is a cat.

It is white, brown, grey or black.

Cats have got four legs, a long tail and small ears.

Cats eat fish and milk.

They can walk, run and jump, but cats cannot fly.

They live in the house, the farm or in the street.

You have to choose an animal different from the cat and write your project in the notebook. It is a draft copy (en sucio). I'll correct it at school next day.
